Between us we have culinary experience rooted in cultures around the globe, so you can expect a huge range of dishes throughout the production giving you tastes from all over the world. Every dish is created fresh on the Craft D Rascals bus. We love cooking traditional favourites & twisting things up inspired by seasonal ingredients, other culinary experiences & requests from the crew. Our goal is nutritionally complete, healthy food to raise everyone’s vibes including those with specific diets such as gluten-free, keto & allergen-sensitive.
Limitless speciality coffee
Freshly ground artisan coffee made by our Tigermoth-trained baristas. We have dairy & a selection of non-dairy milk available (due to allergens we are cautious about nut-based milk) Iced coffees and even occasional affogatos in hot weather For those who like their coffee with a twist we have matcha, beetroot and turmeric bases as well as syrups including our homemade Rascals chai syrup. Plus a wonderful variety of Teapig teas - if we don’t have your tickle we will find it.

Where the produce comes from is important for us. Not only do we want to provide the most nutritious food, we also want to support those suppliers with a positive impact on people & the environment. We use a collection of small farms & suppliers around Buckinghamshire, Watford & East Sussex (all places we live or have lived) that have been chosen due to their small, independent nature & match of their ethos to ours. Over time relationships have developed & the collaborations are proving to be fruitful in many ways.
